Want the character to look like your child? You can add up to 3 photos — or simply describe them instead. Photos are optional and only a parent or guardian can upload them.

Questions

How long does a printed book take?
Allow 2–4 weeks from approving your preview to delivery, and longer around the holidays. Ordering for a birthday? Check the “order by” date shown at checkout.
What if I want to change something?
You approve your child's character and preview the whole book before it's printed. You can ask for character changes and redraw up to 2 pages.
Can I return or refund a book?
Each book is made to order for your child, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If a book arrives misprinted, damaged or not as previewed, we'll reprint it or refund you. Your rights under consumer law always apply.
Which Chinese is used?
Simplified Chinese (简体中文). In the bilingual edition, pinyin sits above every character to help young readers sound out the words.
Is it suitable for my child's age?
Yes. The story length and word choice match the age you give us — shorter and simpler for toddlers, longer adventures for older readers.
