1. Acceptance
By using Tiffany's StoryHouse (恺晴故事屋), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is intended to be used by adults (parents, guardians, and educators) on behalf of children.
2. Using the site
Our stories, videos, activity packs, and the Chinese Quest app are provided free for personal, family, and classroom learning. You may read online, download, and print our resources for these purposes. Please don't resell them, republish them as your own, or use them commercially without our written permission.
3. Our content
All stories, characters (including Tiffy), illustrations, videos, and learning materials are owned by Tiffany's StoryHouse or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use them as described above.
4. Accounts
Chinese Quest accounts should be created and supervised by a parent, guardian, or educator. You're responsible for keeping your PIN reasonably private. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
5. Purchases & personalised products
Some products (such as merchandise or personalised printed books) may be offered in future. When they are, additional terms — including pricing, delivery times, and refund conditions — will apply at checkout. Personalised products made from photos you upload are produced to order; please review any preview before confirming, as personalised items generally can't be refunded once printed unless they arrive faulty.
6. Content you provide
If you submit content (for example, a photo for a personalised book), you confirm you have the right to do so and you grant us permission to use it solely to create and fulfil your order, handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Don't upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes anyone's rights.
7. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” for educational and entertainment purposes. We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we don't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tiffany's StoryHouse is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
