1. Acceptance

By using Tiffany's StoryHouse (恺晴故事屋), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is intended to be used by adults (parents, guardians, and educators) on behalf of children.

2. Using the site

You may use our free stories, videos, activity packs and Chinese Quest for personal, family and classroom learning. Where a download or print option is provided, you may download and print those resources for these purposes, keeping any credits and copyright notices intact. Purchased products and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable terms and licences.

3. Copyright and prohibited use

Copyright in protectable material on this site, including its original text, artwork and the selection and arrangement of content, is reserved by Wrap a Story / Tiffany's StoryHouse or the relevant rights holder. Copyright protection applies where the requirements of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) are met. Our permission to use resources is limited and non-exclusive, as described above.

Except where permitted by law or an applicable licence, you must not, without prior written permission:

• Copy or reproduce protected material beyond the personal, family and classroom uses permitted above.
• Republish or redistribute protected stories, artwork, videos or resources on another website, platform or shared download library.
• Resell resources or use protected material in commercial products, services or advertising.
• Remove copyright or attribution notices from authorised copies, or falsely claim authorship of someone else's work.

You are welcome to share links to our website. These terms do not restrict uses allowed by Australian law, including applicable copyright exceptions and statutory licences, or claim exclusive rights over material in which copyright does not subsist. Unauthorised use of protected material may infringe copyright; we may seek remedies available under Australian law.

4. Accounts

Chinese Quest accounts should be created and supervised by a parent, guardian, or educator. You're responsible for keeping your PIN reasonably private. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

5. Purchases & personalised products

Some products (such as merchandise or personalised printed books) may be offered in future. When they are, additional terms — including pricing, delivery times, and refund conditions — will apply at checkout. Personalised products made from photos you upload are produced to order; please review any preview before confirming, as personalised items generally can't be refunded once printed unless they arrive faulty.

6. Content you provide

If you submit content (for example, a photo for a personalised book), you confirm you have the right to do so and you grant us permission to use it solely to create and fulfil your order, handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Don't upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes anyone's rights.

7. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” for educational and entertainment purposes. We do our best to keep everything accurate and available, but we don't guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tiffany's StoryHouse is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
